• Number of Rounds: 9
• Time Control: Rapid: 15 minutes starting time with 5 seconds increment per move

• Team Composition: Team of 3 (without alternate) with average rating not exceeding 2050

• Board Assignments: Teams may choose to assign players a fix board number. After submission the assigned numbers cannot be changed.
• A player's rating is his/her highest rating in 6 categories: Local Standard, Local Rapid, Local Blitz, FIDE Standard, FIDE Rapid and FIDE Blitz.
• There will be a rating floor of 1800. Unrated players & players with ratings below 1800 will be given a provisionary rating of 1800.
• There is also a rating ceiling of 2400. Players with a rating of more than 2400 will have their ratings set to 2400.

 Tournament Rules:
• FIDE Laws of Rapid Play shall be applied.
• Any players caught cheating including match fixing will be forfeited for that game. Match fixing includes point shaving (giving away the game), any form of collusion (one money), and other forms of cheating.
• We encourage players to report any suspicious activities. This will help us organize quality tournaments in the future.
• Organizers have the right to refuse registration from players with past history of cheating.

• The highest rapid rating from FIDE first, and then Local rapid rating, will be used to seed the tournament

• The highest combined average rating from a team from both from FIDE & Local will be used to seed the tournament
