RULES, ELIGIBILITY & FORMAT:
1. The FIDE Laws of Chess under Rapid Play System shall be applied.

ELIGIBILITY
1. Open to Chessplayers not to exceed 2000 FIDE Rating. Participants must be a member of NCFP.

FORMAT
1. Swiss Manager shall be used in the Rapid Event. Six (6) Rounds only.
2. Time Control:
Fifteen (15) Minutes Plus Five (5) Seconds Increment.
3. Limited to 100 Players Only.
